National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day

National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day is Saturday, October 25th from 10 AM to 2 PM.

Our MLK Prevention Team, in partnership with local law enforcement, will be collecting unwanted and expired medications at the following locations:

  • Rock Island County Justice Center (1317 Third Avenue Rock Island, IL 61201)

  • Milan Police Department (405 1st St E, Milan, IL 61264)

  • Moline Police Department (1640 6th Ave, Moline, IL 61265)

  • East Moline Police Department (915 16th Ave, East Moline, IL 61244)

  • Silvis Police Department (600 Illini Dr, Silvis, IL 61282)

  • Colona Police Department (215 1st St, Colona, IL 61241)

  • Geneseo Police Department (119 S Oakwood Ave, Geneseo, IL 61254)

Pills, patches, vaping devices, and cartridges will be accepted.*Be sure to remove device batteries *No sharps *No liquids

The National Prescription Drug Take Back Day aims to provide a safe, convenient, and responsible means of disposing of prescription drugs.
