BEFORE YOU APPLY

Applicants must:

  • Own and occupy the property as their primary residence

  • Be located within the North 11th Street or North Port TIF District

  • Meet all program requirements

  • Obtain any required permits before construction begins

  • Complete approved work according to City codes and program guidelines

Grant funds are provided as reimbursements after approved work is completed and verified by the City.
