Parade Entry Form
The Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center invites you to participate in our 2024 Family Fun Day Parade on Saturday August 17th! The parade is a great way to represent your business or organization. You can ride bikes, build a float, decorate your business vehicle or just walk. Be creative!
There is no fee to participate in the parade!
Parade begins at Frances Willard Elementary School located at 25th avenue and 9th street in Rock Island, IL and proceeds North on 9th street, ending at the King Center which is located at 7th avenue and 9th street.
Parade participants please check in and line up at Frances Willard Elementary at 9am. Parade will begin at 10am! In case of rain the parade will be delayed one hour or cancelled.
